Jr. High School Athletics

8:00 am - 2:35 pm

The Junior High School competes in the Parochial Athletic League (PAL). This league has a large number of private schools from north and south Orange County. We play in the "South Beach League" with schools from Dana Point, San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano.

Saddleback Valley Christian Schools offers the following sports for any student in the 7th and 8th grades:

Junior High sports is the second step in the three-step process of preparing our athletes for Varsity competition in High School. We will emphasize fine tuning of fundamentals, learning advanced plays and defenses, and focusing on the competition and strategy of winning.
