International Admissions Procedures

Every year, the International Program at Saddleback Valley Christian Schools receives more applications than our limited seats can accommodate. All of our current students have priority to re-enroll. However, open enrollment begins on the 1st day of February. Due to this high demand and limited seating for the International Program, it is best to start early. Please submit fully completed applications only. The following are the requirements.

In order to be considered for admissions, the following are required:

1. Completed application (please click here)

2. Enclose a $200 non-refundable application fee

3. Passport photocopy to verify student’s name and birth date

4. Two reference letters -- one academic and one character reference

5. One-page essay on “Why I want to study in America”

6. Two years of your most recent transcripts

7. Any recent SLEP, ELP, IELTS or TOEFL scores (not required, but helpful)

Once the above have been processed, the serious candidate will be given an arrangement for a telephone interview.

Upon receiving admission, the following financial commitments are due upon receipt and required before an I-20 is issued:

1. Non-refundable international processing fee ($500)

2. Non-refundable registration fee ($725)

3. One time family entrance fee ($1,250) – Refundable only with proof of a visa denial

*Upon receiving the Student Visa, full payment of the remaining invoice is due*

*All International Students are required to study for a minimum of one year*
