Athlete of the Year

Each year the Administration and coaching staff of SVCS vote on a list of Athlete of the Year nominations provided by the Athletic Director. The criteria for a nomination are as follows: the athlete must play in at least two sports, be a member of an All-League team or win a team award. The following list is our SVCS Athletes of the Year:

• 2001 Female - Danielle Harbin

• 2002 Male - Coleman Fait

• 2002 Female - Danielle Harbin

• 2003 Male - Brian Harbin

• 2003 Female - Jenny Wilder

• 2004 Male - Brian Harbin

• 2004 Female - Jade Gutierrez

• 2003 - Jenny Wilder was also named the Western Athletic Conference Female Athlete of the Year

• 2004 - Brian Harbin was also named the Western Athletic Conference Male Athlete of the Year

• 2005 Male – Coleman Fait

• 2005 Female – Monica Williams

• 2005 – Coleman Fait and Monica Williams were also named Western Athletic Conference Male and Female Athletes of the Year, respectively

• 2006 Male – Brendan Chambers

• 2006 Female – Carly Adamo

• 2006 – Carly Adamo was also named Western Athletic Conference Female Athlete of the Year

• 2007 Male – Brendan Chambers

• 2007 Female – Carly Adamo/Monica Williams

• 2007 – Keith Fernandez was also named Western Athletic Conference Male Athlete of the Year

• 2007 – Carly Adamo was also named Western Athletic Conference Female Athlete of the Year

• 2008 Male – Brendan Chambers

• 2008 Female – Stephanie Noel

• 2008 – Brendan Chambers was also named Western Athletic Conference Male Athlete of the Year

• Division Player of the Year for 2006 Baseball – Brendan Chambers

• Division Coach of the Year for 2006 Baseball – Jim Romero

• 2009 Male - Eric Speik

• 2009 Female - Nina Adamo

• 2009 - Nina Adamo was also named Western Athletic Conference Female Athlete of The Year

• 2010 Male - Zac Rodarmel

• 2010 Female - Maranatha Kellinger
