We believe that children develop in an orderly, predictable pattern called the "developmental process." Concrete "hands-on" experiences have relevance in the child's understanding of the world around him or her.

We recognize that children develop at different rates. God puts "time clocks" in each one. Some are early bloomers, and some take a little more time, but all are unique and exactly the individuals God created them to be.

We also believe teachers are enablers, encouragers, and motivators -- not just imparters of information. So, as learning is ongoing and information is constantly being absorbed, we offer activities ranging from foundational to those which are incrementally progressive, upon mastery.

We build on the conceptual rudiments by offering, without pressure, curricula designed for "taking the next step." Those who are ready respond; those who need the "gift of time" have stress-free exposure.

Our teachers are continuously availing themselves of information and strategies to promote ongoing excellence.
